In this video, we show you, how you can create your Business Email Address for Free.

Once you watch this video, instead of using a Gmail address like [email protected], you’ll be able to use an email address like [email protected], which looks a lot more professional.

This means you’ll be able to send or receive emails using addresses like [email protected] or [email protected]

So Let’s Start.

Step 1: Create an account in Mailgun.

Mailgun is a website which will help you to send emails from your business email.

Go to and create your account.

Now to prevent spammers from creating accounts, mailgun will ask your card details.

So give in your card details and then create your account

Step 2: Add your domain to your Mailgun account.

To add your domain, click ‘add custom domain’.

Enter your domain name and then click ‘add domain’

Step 3: Connect your Mailgun account to your domain.

In order to send emails from your business email,

you need to add DNS records to your GoDaddy DNS settings page.

Note: Now, if you’ve got your hosting with someone else other than Godaddy, then you need to fix your DNS settings there.

So just go to GoDaddy DNS page and then add the DNS records.

Once you add the DNS records on your DNS page,

your mailgun account will be connected to your domain.

Now you can go to step 4.

Step 4 : Create a Route in Mailgun

Creating a route will forward all the emails, coming to your business email to your inbox where you can read easily

Once you’ve created a route in mailgun

You can go to step 5

Step 5: Connect your Mailgun account to Gmail.

Once you connect your mailgun account to Gmail You can start sending emails from your business email.

To connect your mailgun account to gmail.

Get ‘SMTP’ details from Mailgun.

And then paste it in your gmail.

Now all the emails you send from gmail will be sent from your business email.

So you’ve successfully created your business email and you can start using your business email.

Now let’s look into the bonus part of this tutorial.

Which is To create multiple business emails on the same domain.

So to create multiple business email on same domain

you need to create one more route in Mailgun.

So just go to Mailgun.

Create a new business email which you want to create on the same domain name and then enter the gmail address where you want to use the new business email.

Once you’ve created a Route

Next you need to add your new business email to your gmail account.

To do that, create a new user on your mailgun account.

Now copy paste the new SMTP details on your gmail.

So now your new business email will be added to your gmail account.

This means you can send and receive emails from your new business email.
